Ever since Juan José Moreno Alarcón, born and raised in La Mancha, decided to take advantage of the untouched natural environment of this land to produce a unique wine, we feel that we are the custodians of this historical legacy, with the mission to protect it and pass it on to future generations.
We are guardians of this philosophy and we transmit it through our wines: the excellence of the grapes that this volcanic land gives us is respected, and our only task is to preserve it with the
utmost care and without interfering with the essence of each part of the process.
Today, the three daughters of Juan José Moreno Alarcón continue at the direction of the winery, remaining faithful to the hallmark of sustainability and respect for the environment that
characterises the artisanal winemaking of our history. At the same time, we are opening up new horizons towards innovation that improves each vintage, but without leaving traditional ideals aside.
Our productions continue to be modest, selected, fully natural, and thanks to the incorporation of technological advances – such as the weather station and the remote sensing system -, we know exactly the real state of the vines.
Our vineyards have an average density of 2000 Kg per hectare. We do not use herbicides or pesticides, we work with plant cover and fertilize with natural products.
